Scott is hands down the best service manager I've ever encountered. He gives you the straight info on your car and will ALWAYS find a coupon to help limit the sting of the price. Can't say enough good things about Toyota Santee service center! UPDATE April 2022 - still excellent service here. Masks not required; number of used vehicles for sale is still lower than normal similar to other dealerships. The blue FJ Cruiser in the lobby is beautiful (but not for sale).
I had nothing but exceptional professional service at Toyota of Santee! I got to tell you, I was not expecting things to go as smoothly as they did but working with Fadi and Adam was a breeze! They both are very attentive, nice, and genuinely care about getting you what you want at a price you can afford. I got EXACTLY what I wanted at the price I wanted! What more could I have wanted??! I have NEVER been so happy with my new car! Thank you guys so much definitely will spread the word!
Brought my truck in for it’s first service here even though it was not the selling dealer. Jennifer was my service advisor and she was great answered all my questions. Will definitely continue to get my vehicle serviced here
I've been a Toyota owner for over 25 years. I recently relocated to the San Diego area from out of state, and was looking to establish a relationship with a local Toyota service center. I found a gem in Toyota Certified of Santee, and more specifically Jennifer Hendricks, my new service advisor. Jennifer made my transition to my new service center seamless. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and showed genuine interest in having me as a new customer. Jennifer also helped me resolve an issue with an out-of-state Toyota service center, for which I am extremely grateful. If I could give more than 5 stars to Jennifer, I most certainly would! Jennifer was Great!!!! I had an appointment for the following day , but she talked with Service Technician and told me to bring in my Vehicle in. She wasn’t sure depending what was wrong I may need to leave it overnight. They were able to repair by end if day! Thank You for being Professional and Respectful very Good Customer Service such a pleasure dealing with new crew there. The last time I was there it wasn’t very good they had a change in Service. Been going here for years glad they are back with Personable Service Agents. Jennifer is a Keeper for sure!
My new go to place to buy! Great service respectable people who see you first as a person. Someone who is shopping..and..they work hard to get your business! Robert Petty Sakes Manager was great! Also Timmy Piazzi. Internet sales mgr at Toyota if El Cajon. So knowledgeable. Helpful and patient. I'm s person with a thousand questions and they knew all the answers. Great service. First time being here. The attendant offered my granddaughter a coloring book. Very clean, good waiting area. Not busy at all, I'm giving 5 stars just based on initial experience. Don't know why I haven't been here more often. Update: Came back and brought our Highlander for simple oil change. Same great service!!! In and out in far less time expected. There are 3 Toyota dealerships that are closer to me and I will continue to pass them up for this level of service.
This is my first ever review, and it’s only because I was impressed and extremely satisfied with the customer service Adam and Greg presented. Originally I came in to look for a used vehicle and encountered Greg at the door. He was super friendly and very accommodating compared to other Toyota dealerships! I didn’t have to wait to be helped or basically beg to buy a car. Greg and Adam both made the process super easy and I would highly recommend and refer for anyone to go visit them, super happy with the deal and the new car. Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Both Adam & Greg are friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and really went out of their ways to make me feel confident about my purchase. They did their jobs trying to sell the warranty without being pushy. It’s difficult to find outstanding customer service these days, and here at Toyota Santee, they did not disappoint. Greg and Adam, thank you for your a great experience! This is where I’ll be recommending all my friends and family.
